Intro & Foundation Classes

Intro:

Our Introduction course is only offered 1 day each month. This course is designed for the individual who would like to experience a traditional CrossFitTM styled workout without the commitment of joining a gym first. You will be guided through a standard warm up, a general skill development exercise (that is incorporated in the daily workout) and then the Workout of the day. Finally a brief cool down and your done. No fuss, no muss, no pressure. Just a good solid workout.

Foundation Class:

Foundations is a mandatory 2-week (6 session) course designed to provide you with all the essential skills needed to succeed. The class size is kept to a maximum of 5 to ensure that each Athlete gets ample attention and the quality instruction deserved. During this course we will teach you the basic techniques (including warm ups, key movements from Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, and Kettlebell training), terminology, methodology and principles underlying our programs. Upon completion of the course you will transition seamlessly into the general workout sessions, often in the same core group that you have already established a relationship with.

There are two Foundation Classes M, W, F (A) and T,Th, Sat (B). The two classes are offset by seven days with the "A" Class starting in the beginning and middle of each month and "B" class starting the following week.
