Modern Paladin Registration Terms and Policy
Hosting a Training Course:
Individuals, groups, ranges, clubs and organizations (Hosting party) can host a course at their location. Please contact us to schedule the date of the course desired and to arrange a hosting agreement. The host with the assistance of Modern Paladin will promote the event and will handle class registration according to the host agreement between the two parties.
Modern Paladin offers two general hosting options.
- The Hosting party can receive free training slots which will be awarded to the host based on the number of students enrolled (paid) with a minimum of one free slot and a maximum of 3 depending on the type/size of the course (example: 1 free slot upon 5 paid, 2nd free slot after 8 paid, etc…).
- The Hosting party pays a flat rate fee to Modern Paladin, at which time the hosting party can regulate student cost and/or award free slots at the Hosting Agent’s discretion. Hosting options can vary and/or modified on a case-by-case basis. Class size is dependent on capability of the range facility and course selected.
Registration:
Course registration: Individuals can register online by click on the [register] tab, or by contacting us directly through the “Contact us” page, by email or by phone.
Deposits are not required; however, we will accept pre-registration dependent on the situation. Students can pay either online via the [Register] tab, by phone or in person on the date of the class. Pre-registration and payment in full will be accepted 30 days from the class start date.
Cancellation and Refund:
If Modern Paladin cancels the course for any reason, those involved will receive notice immediately and Modern Paladin will refund the complete amount to those individuals that have placed a deposit and/ or pre-paid for that particular course.
If a student that has placed a deposit or pre-paid for a particular course and decides to cancel, that student will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a processing fee of $10 (for credit card transactions only). Any student that cancels and wishes to forward the amount that they have paid towards another class in lieu of a refund is free to do so.
